How many jobs did they have you working before you retired?

Oh, not that much. Maybe one or two things, before they came to pick me up.

[ Never believe anyone who tries to downplay their line of work. He's been playing the Cagey Bastard game his whole life! Which hasn't been that long, at his point in time. ]

Still, I've heard retirement's supposed to involve a lot more time to relax than either of those new jobs'll give you, much less managing both at the same time.

[ Not that he knows the details of protecting history, but he knows war pretty damn well. ]

I don't have as much time as before. But my current residence is quite fun and full of lively youngsters, so it's not so bad. I wouldn't mind getting out there and work, just to live there.

[It's better than being at the government offices, anyway, war or not.]

It must be a nice place... Fresh air and a beautiful view does help even the most boring paperwork go by more quickly.
