[ Honestly, more than the heat, there's something incredibly familiar about it... aside from the colors, that is. Thinking about it logically, having a dragon egg must come with a bunch of problems that neither of them are likely equipped to deal with, but... ]

Right! We need answers, after all, but... should we try to hide the egg? We'll probably attract attention carrying it around... and we were told to protect it after all.

[...Right, right, there was that whole 'guard the egg' thing. Which, uh, things had to be really bad if the guy would just hand it off to two random girls who literally just appeared out of nowhere. ]

I don't know how we're going to do that, we know nothing about where we are or where to go. So if we just hide it in some bushes we might not find it again...

Also if the egg gets hot enough it might just set everything on fire and then we have a different problem.
