[Being a Dark Fae, Borra was well used to this weather, though his connection with the plants around him was dimmed somewhat during the winter months when most of them lay dead or dormant. He cocked his head to the side as he heard the sounds of what was most certainly a hunt coming near.

He flexed his powerful wings and took off, landing up in the treetops where it would be harder to spot him. He paused there, silent, watching, and waiting to see who would draw near.]
